The EUSRR’s IHM guidance recommends using a software tool to keep maintenance up to date throughout the vessel’s lifecycle. Our easy to use cloud-based IHM maintenance software provides comprehensive reporting and tracking of supplier declarations of compliance, material declarations and location for all hazardous items onboard, and downloadable reports for inspections by port states and class societies.
Our solutions include an IHM Maintenance Managed Service, where our HazMat team manage your IHM updates for you. We ensure that the correct documentation including SDoC and Material Declarations for items containing hazmat are uploaded, to maintain continuous conformity for your inventory.

We assisted a large OSV operator to achieve lifecycle and maintenance cost reduction for their in-house asset management system, by successfully taking over the on-going development, maintenance and new user request management service. We also rescued their in-house software development project, by providing outsourced software developers from our maritime industry trained development team to the client’s IT department to strengthen their internal project delivery capability.
The client faced consistent usability issues with their crew module, resulting in crew across their 45 vessels and office staff to waste time and use inefficient workarounds. By switching to SDSD, the client tailored the software to their precise requirements. The ‘free development hours’ ensured that that the module evolved in line with regulatory changes and internal demands. The entire project was overseen by a dedicated project manager, ensuring that SDSD delivered exactly what the client required every step of the way.
We are helping a Hamburg based manager of 22 bulk vessels to gain control over maintenance, safety and procurement workflow issues resulting from the previous use of inefficient and uncontrolled excel reports.
The crew stopped using their existing system due to workflow incompatibility. We helped the client by deploying and customizing a new user-friendly PMS to meet their precise workflow and to successfully migrate all existing PMS data into the new system. Fleet and office deployment were completed within 12 weeks across 9 OSVs.
We are helping a Latvia based 10 bulk vessels operator to replace a self-developed inefficient in-house fleet system, which lacked key functionality and data sharing between modules.
