Business Development Manager

The position of Business Development Manager is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional to shape the strategy for SDSD in Brazil.
SDSD provides software solutions to the maritime sector to improve productivity, and efficiency and enable clients to be regulatory compliant.
The candidate will identify business opportunities and establish local partnerships to achieve user growth targets for SDSD’s fleet management software and services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the Brazil marine and offshore industry.
Key duties include:
- Generate new user and services sales for our offering and develop relationship with clients and partners.
- Negotiation of business contracts and agreements.
- Develop local partnership to promote and deliver sales.
Key Skills Required
- Degree educated with a minimum of 3 years’ experience with sales/business development within the maritime sector in Brazil.
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients and partners
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
