We are currently looking for a consultant to cover the Middle East market-based In Dubai.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a consultant in SDSD you will assist in the various stages of our solution’s lifecycles. You will assist in or perform by yourself, pre-sales demos and requirement gatherings, deployment and training as well as post-sales support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and demonstrate knowledge of the company’s portfolio of products and services.
• Take direct responsibility for working with assigned clients and prospects to support and generate new product and service ideas to meet changing market requirements.
• Manage assigned client accounts and projects – including client version updates.
• Gathering requirements and customization details from the end-users and conveying them to the development team with proper documentation.
• Follow established processes for defect tracking and reporting.
• Work to ensure high client satisfaction levels at all times.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Prior experience working with ship management software, such as planned maintenance, crew management, safety software or ship-broking software, or a keen interest to develop a career in these sectors of the Maritime Industry.
• Minimum of 1 or 2-year Enterprise software platform or professional services. 
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in a relevant subject.
• Driven and organised individual with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Good communication skills – both written and oral.
