The Machinery Planned Maintenance System (MPMS) is an advanced software solution that handles planned maintenance.
It is a full-featured windows based Planned Maintenance System for all types of vessels including spare part control and requisition ordering, as well as, a Web based application for shore.
The MPMS system onboard the ship offers the ship staff a powerful tool to keep track of maintenance of machinery on board, keeps track of history of all jobs, sets alerts for upcoming / delayed jobs, facilitates a better overview of survey jobs.
The system links with ship/shore communication (entirely automated) where information is essentially shared between ships and land-based offices allowing office and onboard personnel to view maintenance work schedules, manage stores, and plan purchases for an optimized inventory.
