Crew Management System
Crew Management System (CMS) onboard the vessel offers the ship’s crew a powerful tool to keep track of crew operations. The CMS software manages vital crew related information including performance evaluation records and payroll details.
The system migrates updates from the vessel and integrates the data to the central server automatically. Updates can be sent through low satellite bandwidths, with cost-effective data exchanges
User Friendly Query Engine: The system has a user friendly query engine integrated with the crew rank, sign on/sign off information, vessel type and crew experience; so that queries are quickly answered.
Crew Information: CMS maintains records of crew personal details, CDC details, passport details, vaccinations with expiry alert, STCW and training details. CMS also tracks effect declarations, crew bank account information and crew documents (soft copy) and also crew sign on/off status.
Payroll and Appraisal: maintains dynamic payroll settings, pay slip generation, passing the details to the bank. The payroll section includes allowances and deductions of crew as per international standard, plus slop chest and radio account details against crew as deductions. The Appraisal system manages crew according to performance.
Certificates: maintains details of the vessel certificate based on International standards.
Report Module: generate user specified written and graphical reports as required based on data contained in the CMS.
