Free 30 minute Professional Services Audit for SDSD Clients

Keeping close control on costs during difficult economic conditions is paramount. However, ignoring the need to replace an ageing server puts your business at risk of a server crash leading to you having no email service - and lost business and time wasting - until the hardware is replaced. Our Professional Services team have worked with a number of clients with limited IT resources to help them determine the right server based on their business need and budget.

Plus the clients experienced increased effectiveness of their SDSD solution in the new environment resulting in improved performance and more productive users.

Here is just a taster of what else we can do for you. Why not email consultancy@sdsd.com to request a free consultancy call where we can outline further how we can help your specific requirements.

The CRMs are focussed on maintaining a long-term relationship with you and the software users within your organisation.

Matrix user tips and tricks

Quick Matrix Tip - Did you know hat you can easily highlight text e.g. vessel name, principal or a port in plain text emails, simply by clicking on the highlighter pen to the right of your message screen? Once you insert the words to highlight, and select the option to display in alternate fontitalicboldunderline or strike through or choose to highlight in a different foreground or background colour, this will be applied to all messages.

You'll find more tips and tricks for Matrix users coming soon on our training site. The site also has a new chat function - so Matrix users can quickly contact one of our Matrix experts with any training questions to help them get the most out of their system use.

Coming Soon - Matrix user online forum

Plus we have have been asked by a number of Matrix users to provide a forum - we thought this was a great idea so we're shortly launching one where Matrix users can discuss the modules and get their views across to SDSD on improvements, changes and new development items. Our Client Relationship Managers will be in touch soon with more details on how you can log in and start the conversation.

Don't forget you have until 30th April to enter our quiz question from the last newsletter and win a bottle of champagne...

Approximately how many lines of code are there in Matrix?

a) 1 million
b) 2 million
c) 3 million
